Yet another “science-based” lifter has entered the chat 🧪
Except… where’s the science?
Where’s the stimulus?
Where’s the progress?
At this point I can’t tell if these videos are satire, trolling, or a genuine cry for help from the algorithm. They show up in my feed DAILY and somehow manage to avoid tension, load, proximity to failure, and common sense all at once.
We’re really stretching the word science into a buzzword here. If your training looks like a lab experiment but produces zero adaptation, it’s not science-based — it’s just content-based.
Call me old-fashioned, but doing things that actually challenge the muscle still matters. Otherwise you’re just filming cardio with confidence.

Listen—no hate, truly. To the kid using the machine in a way the manufacturer, physics, and basic anatomy never agreed to: I genuinely hope you get the gains you’re chasing 🙏
But quick reality check:
For decades—long before you were even a thought—people already figured this out. Proven exercises. Proven splits. Proven results.
Before you reinvent the squat using cables, balance toys, and a research abstract…
👉 try a regular bro split.
Chest. Back. Legs (yes, legs).
Run it consistently for a while and watch how fast your body changes.
You are sitting on young blood, high testosterone, and peak growth hormone and treating it like beta-test software 😩
