I just have to share! Down 35 lbs thanks to my trainer Michael Aiello! I was becoming a fat 55 year old lady. Not any more! This program is not for the faint of heart…gotta stick to it to see the results you are after. He's really good at what he does. Thank you Coach Michael!

I had been trying to lose weight for quite some time but never saw results. I stopped trying and became unmotivated, sluggish, and tired ALL the time, never having any energy. It wasn't until I reached out to Coach Michael that I felt excited about working out and driven to learn. After totally transforming my body I feel condent in my clothes, I have energy throughout the day, and overall in a great mood everyday! I used to use clothes to HELP make me feel condent, beautiful, whatever. And now I don't even care. I feel like I look good in everything! Nothing beats this feeling. I have been waiting for this moment for a while now. I'm on cloud nine! I can never thank you enough for your support and teaching me things that I will continue to use everyday. Thank you coach!!!

I wasn't terribly out of shape but I got myself into a spot where I wasn't comfortable taking my shirt off outside, started worrying about how I looked in certain clothes again, and knew I wasn't where I was supposed to be physically or mentally. I was leaving potential on the table and was trading short term pleasure for long term gratication. After working with coach I now feel free, focused, and absolutely dominant mentally, physically, and emotionally. I'm able to go for a walk outside with my shirt off and feel great about it. I feel good in all of my clothes. I'm more condent in all of my interactions with people. I wake up in the morning and when I look in the mirror I'm proud of the man that stares back at me. That feeling, the feeling of being proud of who you are and the work you've put in, is unparalleled. The crazy thing is, the results actually came from small tweaks and an INCREASE to my calorie and carb intake. Pretty wild. Thank you for all of your help my brother!!!

I always felt fat and needed alcohol to feel fake condence. I was dependent on weed to numb the pain of not feeling good about the way I looked. I was upset and felt disgusted that although I worked out every day I wasn't seeing any changes in my body. After being on Coach Michael’s program I am condent, strong, and feel limitless. I wonder what else I can transform in my life. I love feeling overwhelmed with how it feels when I give it my best with what I'm doing! Also feel more condent with everything I do in life now as opposed to lacking condence in the simplest things like waking up early, cleaning up the house regularly, etc. I feel completely brand new!!!

I was depressed and ate fast food every day. I smoked weed to cope with my depression. I felt like I was stuck and there was nothing I could do to x my self...I felt defeated. My sugar level was over 500 and I was a type 2 diabetic. I had heart burn and would throw up from all the acid reux. Now that Coach Michael has dialed me in, I'm always in a good mood. I'm happy and feel a night and day difference in my body. My sugar levels are under control and I no longer have acid reux or diabetes!!! Overall feel like beast!

I've been in gyms for 43 yrs having quite a bit of experience, but I always come to a point at the gym where I peak and couldn't gure out how to get beyond this peak. I met Mike at the gym and we just talked always about lifting, supplements what our goals were. Mike seemed to excel with his overall knowledge of supplements and nutrition so I asked if he would help me. Let me tell you, this guy went out of his way and guided no matter what he was doing and gained so much more knowledge of nutrition, lifting styles, how to lift to have peak performance all for my personal goals without over training and hurting ones self. Doing all this work for me as a coach all while training for his 1st show. I have been through 17 surgeries in my life and the last few with Mike in my corner, coaching me, guiding me and giving me that condence we all need to get over some obstacles. Mike is the type of coach that will go beyond just being a coach/Trainer. He shows overwhelming care as a coach and treats or shows you as a close friend wanting you to succeed and accomplish no matter what the circumstances you are going through. He always gures out a way to set achievable goals for you. These are the trainers we need. Mike will always support, push & drive as he is there whole way with you!
